Unlock Create A Class by reaching level five Go to secondary, scroll to Strife, and press up on the D-Pad and Divinity should show up above Strife
Multiple possibilities including there's only one person working with a guest in store, someone is out on the sales floor and didn't make it back to the phone in time or the network went down due to fluctuating power and the technical difficulties message didn't have time to pick up yet
It depends if the games you're trying to trade are equal or more then the price for the Ps4 game if total is under the price of the game or games you are trading then your going to have to pay the remaining amount to get it
