I called to make an appointment with Mid Florida for an eye infection ? that I have occurring… I tried the home remedies they suggested (why) … I am not a doctor and I do not know what is wrong with my eye …. but the office staff felt hot compresses would be the remedy…. But I pressed on to get an appointment which they did give me and then the next day they canceled it by leaving me a message that they are rescheduling me for two weeks in the future… WOW.. eye infection with pus pressing on my eye inside and out …?they have no idea what it is … I have no idea what it is, but without seeing me they think it’s OK to let it go for two weeks… Hmmmmmm

Love this facility. Dr Helman gives, hands down, the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever experienced and they are always on time. Don’t know how she does it but I would definitely recommend her.
