If I could leave zero stars I would! The worst pet store I’ve ever been to! The owner is super rude! They never have anything in stock! When you call to see if something is in stock and it's not they give you the day it will be in, so you call the day it is “presumed” to be in and then they give you a new day! Smh what a joke! Don't waste your time or money!

Really cool hidden gem in the city, great staff extremly clean and definitely the place for reptiles, fish and bird Keepers *the birds go extremly fast* the owner Joe gave me an excellent deal on a boa constrictor hypo morph and has tons of cool lookong snakes. If you haven't been to this pet shop yet I suggest you give it a try, great place!

She is half owner. When they moved she got a partner that came in and bought into the business. She has been a very trustworthy and straightforward owner of a pet store. I highly recommend her
Sorry but we don't have the right space for them. Thank you though.
We dont have any babies right now, but as soon as some are available we'll have them. Thanks!
We do. We have tangerine babies in stock as well as a few hybrid adults. We dont quite prices, but we are cheaper than the big chain stores and our animals are healthy.
We occasionally have puppies around $150, but we encourage customers to adopt from any of the valleys shelters.
Go by Kritters, meet the staff, get info on the turtles they may have. You feel more comfortable knowing you have first hand info. I go there for supplies, grooming and food
I have bought 6 veiled Chameleon's and 2 Bearded Dragons from Chris at Carla Critters. They are amazing.
We dont have puppies. Pet stores arent allowed to sell dogs, cats or rabbits. Sorry
Ill. E there from 10-5. He have some oscars. No lemons at the moment.
THE BEST PLACE TO GO ...THEY HONOR VETERAN'S..
I'm sorry, but pet stores are not allowed to sell dogs, cats or rabbits anymore or we would try to help. Private sales are allowed.
We normally only give store credit. Thank you
You have to call and check to confirm they are in stock. But your always welcome to stop by as well.
Yes. Karla is usually there weekdays after 4pm. She is the only on who grooms birds. She is also there most Saturdays.
Sorry I saw this so late, but yes. We were open regular hours. We close New Years day, Thanksgiving day and Christmas day. We close early on the 4th of July.
Masks are mandatory and we normally have them if you need one. No more than 5 customers in the store at one time. We have hand sanitizer on the counter and we wipe down the surfaces several times a day with disinfectant.
We do not. Birds have been very hard to find lately. Normally we carry cockatiels, parakeets, canaries, finches and love birds
The state of California no longer allows pet stores to sell dogs, cats or rabbits so no, we are unable to. Please check with the Ramona Humane Society or your local animal services office. Thabks
Normally we do. Good quality birds have been hard to find lately so we are currently out, but we do have bird food, cages and supplies. We're hoping to have more birds soon.
Absolutely. What are you looking for?
We have some blue zebras right now. We just ordered some Koi angels and assorted angels.
Yes. We can give you store credit for something else. We have a big fish order coming in on Wednesday.
If you're asking how big they must be for us to buy them, the body should be the size of a quarter.
Are you asking if we'll buy some.from you? If that's it, then yes. Once they're at least the size of a quarter, we can buy them.
We have baby angelfish from $5-$15
Yes we do. Currently we only have some algae eating shrimp, but we'll have more next week. If you ever need something specific, call us and we'll order it for you. 951-265-2817. Thanks, Joe
Cockatiels, love birds and parakeets. We don't post prices on line, but we are much cheaper than the big box pet store.
We don't have a web site. Just Facebook and Twitter. Is there something special you're looking for?
The price depends on what type of angels they are. They need to be at theast the size of a quarter. Generally it's half the retail price.
Yes. We will be happy to buy them once they're about the size of a quarter.
Normally we do. We got some rosy reds in yesterday. Shipping feeder fish has been extremely difficult with the heat so our supply has been limited.
Unfortunately pet stores are no longer allowed to sell rabbits. Dog or cats either.
We don't have any spider wood right now, but I can have some in on Wednesday.
Right now all we have are lovebirds. I've been trying to find cockateils. We should have parakeets coming in soon. Thanks!
We do! Pinkies to Jumbo's, live or frozen. If you want frozen please call ahead.
best to call the shop and ask
By prolapse I assume you mean her vent is distended? We are not vets and we strongly encourage you to have your pet seen by a vet. In the meantime, Google sugar bath treatment for prolapsed rectum and instructions on how to safely massage it back in. Also, remove your bedding and keep your snake on clean moist paper towels.
Hi Sophia. I checked our suppliers price lists and currently there are none available. Many more species will start becoming available in the spring time.
Hi Hector. Unfortunately, due to a California law that passed January 1st 2019, pet stores are no longer allowed to sell dogs, cats or rabbits. We do sell supplies for them, but we do not carry the actual animals.
We do trim nails. We also trim birds wings, claws and manicure beaks. If the groomer isnt in, most of our staff are trained in nail trimming. No appointment is needed. Small dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals are $5. Large dogs and/or hard to handle animals are $10. Thanks
We paid 25 dollars
The official Kritters answer.......YES :)
We do not currently sell live blood worms. We used to, but not many people wanted them and they wound up going bad so we decided to only carry frozen and freeze dried. If you want love, we can order them for you by the pound.
Yes they do!
We have an excellent groomer. Her prices are very affordable. Grooming is open Tuesday through Saturday. A small dog would be between 20 and 45 d et pending on the breed and coat condition.
$2.10 each
I do but I dont have any nanos right now. I can order one and have it here on wednesday
They have a Facebook page you can message them and ask questions.
We have live mealworms, but only frozen bloodworms.
I honestly don't remember I go there for my dog to get her annual shot sorry can't help on this one.
We only carry turtles that are over 4 inches. Anything smaller that that is illegal to sell.
Yes. We have three hand fed baby cockateils right now. $129.98. You can get ones that arent tame and hand fed for a lot less elswhere, but you're goig to have to work with them to tame them down.
