Yes they have paid parking. They have 2 options: 1. Valet parking - around 25$ + taxes 2. Self parking - around 20$ + taxes It's Florida and the resort is Beachfront so ought to be expensive with the parking and food/drinks. Though they have food plaza just opposite side. You can buy your food and drinks and take to the resort. It is allowed. Even some shopkeepers deliver drinks to the resort for a charge of around 4$ extra on the bill.

My room was dirty and the air conditioning smelled like a dead rodent, when I requested the change they very kindly assigned me a new room this was very clean and well located but in the lobby they assured me that this change was free but when I got the micredir card checklist I see with amazement that my claim cost me U $ 150, terrible hotel

Hospitality is not always the best but pool area beach sun fun is great and the rooms are meant for sleeping so they are good any toilet can break at any given time so role with it and enjoy

I would choose a different hotel. My husband and I just stayed there a week ago with our 2 year old son. The rooms were not just outdated, they were filthy. I left a 1 star review with lots of pictures including one of our partial ocean view... Ugh!

No, they charge you everything as additional. Breakfast u $ s 20 per person. Parking u $ s 20 per day. Spring cup u $ s 20 per day. The wifi does not go in the rooms is very bad only works well in the lovi. I would not go back to this hotel. I paid $ 300 per day and they changed my room 3 times. Clogged bathrooms bad cleaning old place without much maintenance.

If they have transfer service, up to the port they charged me 5 dollars per person, but then I used Uber, which works very well and is more practical and economical.

Hy Johnson do not book in New port is full of roaches and ugly furniture plus they close the pool at 10 and the prizes are 2 high for a crappy hotel

Call the resort if you like being woke up at 7am by jack hammer ect from what I saw all balconies are.being replaced all windows all rooms renovated rooms in poor shape look at the pictures I posted of the room also it a covid hot spot stay away go to St Petersburg

I do not know this hotel but it is too far up North Beach remember the middle Beach area has free transaction by bus look for a hotel below Colleen's and 80th street it's more suitable for families and Beach access plus the bus is free if you like I can you get a few addresses for you let me know and if I have time I can send you a review

Hi Anna my name is Denise I am the general manager. Please do not go off of other peoples answers as they are not correct. The pool is open from 7am to 10pm. The beaches are NOT 24 hours the city makes us remove chaises by 5:30 every evening just before it gets dark. Regarding the $75/day charge... When you check in we hold $75/day for incidentals (Restaurant / Lounges / Spa / Beach. What ever you do not use will get credited back at the end of your stay. It's takes 3-5 business days for the authorizations to drop (ie your credit)

Maybe you have free breakfast thru Expedia. I was there February 7-11 (not thru Expedia however) but no free breakfast on-premises.

It is an old building, maintained. With wide spaces. Old elevators. The beach space available is very good, much wider compared to neighboring hotels. You can make use of chairs, the rest is paid separately.
