Not greeted at all when we walked in the door. Never have been there before so we wouldn’t know that you’re supposed to seat yourself. If the staff isn’t going to tell people then you should have a sign. Dining area is super crowded. (That’s too be expected because Friday fish fry). The woman working the bar was the only nice staff member we encountered. Our waitress was rude rude rude. And not just to us. To everyone that isn’t a obvious regular there. Too bad the service sucked because the food was really good and came out quickly! Due to lack of customer service I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Good visit to Rustix. Friendly staff and patrons both. The portions are huge and a good diversity. Solid neighborhood option.

I've passed by this place many times but never stopped. So glad I did! I ordered the black and blue burger and it was delicious and perfectly made. I ordered it medium. I've never had sidewinder fries before and they were incredible! The service was superb. I ordered to take out and only waited about 10 minutes from the time I placed my order until it was ready. I was there on a weekday during the lunch hour. I will definitely be back!

Food was excellent. One server for bar and tables. She did phenomenal. Be patient everyone. For servers and cooks that work for us to enjoy a night out. If you find a great place - be patient and be kind. Had the smoked pulled pork Mac and cheese. Delicious!
