I went there 3 times to fix wrong information in police report. They said the officer will call me. I’m waiting his phone call for 2 days. Nobody call me. I think they didn’t work. I don’t know who else I have to ask for help. My personal experience with police is no good. They just come to you to give you tickets. When you need help, nobody there.

My husband and I came to visit Niagara Falls and couldn’t find a place to park our truck and trailer. I went to the police department and they allowed us to park out front of their building in a parking lot. Thank you for your hospitality!

You can call the non emergency line an ask the police but I think they will say it's a civil matter, you have to take them to small claims court. After they are gone make sure you take a lot of pictures, take them back to court.

The police station is open 24/7. The courts are closed on holidays. The police info number is (716) 286-4711.
That neighborhood was okay a few years ago, seems 24th down Is a mess. Do not leave your purse or wallet on passenger setat, the satellite police station across the street from the gas station closed, that's where all the shooters are, gangs, don't really think you will get help with noise, minor issue. Be safe.
After that, if you can prove your license was stolen, take that paperwork to DMV and they will replace it for free.
Like in many cities, it can vary depending on where you go. However, the state parks, shopping, and local downtown establishments are safe.
