When it was Council, it was hands down the best. Now since Insight bought it, all they are interested in is my insurance and selling me glasses. The new staff is condescending and dismissive. After nearly 20 years going there, I will never step foot in that place again. Hate to lose Dr. Tony, but the staff there is not worth dealing with. Don't bother trying to reach the owner to complain either, they don't return calls or emails.

Go somewhere else because they called to tell me my glasses are in and ready to be picked up. Unfortunately everything is appointment only so I have to wait week to be able to pick up my glasses I already waited a week to come in!

Worst place ever. For 4 years I couldn't see because they didn't know what they were doing. My first clue should have been the guy who gives the eye exams was a cart person at Target too. The 4th year and four pairs of glasses I told them to give me my money back and went elsewhere. I couldn't have been happy going elsewhere.
