This place is a joke. I’ve been here multiple times for a work injury and the standard of care is to make you wait long and then give you NO care. They are in the back pocket of the insurance companies and employers. This is NOT the place to go if you actually need care. You should go to a chosen primary care doctor or go to ER instead of here. They can only do simple tasks here anyway, it’s like an urgent care with wait times topping five hours. Horrible experiences all the way around. I hate this place and never want to go here again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. No one picks up the phone, I wait on hold 15 - 30 minutes minimum every time. They mess up billing and are very unprofessional. They have lost all my trust

Ridiculous that when one has an illness you have to wait 10 days to even find out if your insurance will cover procedure. Mind you my insurance has already confirmed coverage. Then they schedule the appointment, which takes who knows how long. When you ask why so long the only answer you get is we get hundreds of requests a day, but you can choose to go to another place for the procedure. If wanted piece meal medical services i would not choosen a large medical group. The reason people choose medical groups is for the conveniance of having all thier record in one place and the supposed efficiencies that come with them. Business services at this place are a big joke. Hope you do not get Liliana. Why not hire more competent staff or even consider hiring more staff to process approvals with a little more expedience.

Sharp Healthcare truly cares about the patient. The "Sharp Experience" is evident in every facility I have visited. They are caring and do everything they can to make you comfortable. I was very hesitant coming from a private Doctor to an HMO after hearing many concerning stories about HMO's. I am not sorry that I chose Sharp. The only downside is it is a large organization with thousands of patients and they are very busy daily.....But I believe they do their best to provide excellent care for everyone who visits their facilities. The Doctor's , Nurses and LVN's who provide my care have been excellent.
