This is a good family hotel. Staff are super friendly. Many thanks to Angelo who was very accommodating at check in . Hotel was clean. We subsequently stayed at the new JW Marriot in Anaheim and despite being a luxury hotel it was nowhere near as clean as the courtyard. Pool was never super crowded. Good food and chill vibes

Positive: I love the cleanliness and the pool and leisure areas. Nice open concept. Negative: It took a few times to get the extra blankets and pillows wed asked for, but otherwise the staff was great. Pull out wasn't comfortable.

Pros: Great location. Irvine Spectrum Center is just 5 minutes walk far from the hotel. Parking is free for the first 20 minutes but after that, it costs you $16 a day. The room was clean and housekeeping was satisfying. Starbucks is in the lobby. The front desk staffs were very nice and pleasant. Cons: No complimentary water. Dining is not available in lunch time. Starbucks's staffs were very annoying and rude, seriously. They pretended not to understand what I spoke. Definitely you would be better off going to another Starbucks in another Marriott or Irvine Spectrum Center. The hotel also charged me for parking that I didn’t use.

The hotel front desk staff and housekeeping were so warm & friendly. No request too large or small. They were very accommodating upon early arrival with holding our bags. They ensured my parents were settled since they arrived before us but were also booked under me. Super easy checkin and checkout. Close proximity to shopping, dinning and entertainment.
