I hated it! Never stayed in a hotel worse than this! I had to almost begged them to clean up my room on a daily basis. I had an issues with deposits and the lady within the front desk told me she had no clue what the deposit was for then she told me to do a check out if i want :) how rude! I didn’t plan to book it anyway but i had to or else i wouldn’t book a room with all the bad reviews And just to be fair enough, the manager was very nice and helpful in explaining and answering all my concerns

The hotel has vastly improved with management and renovations. Great location. Across the street from SNA and great access to the freeways.

Old hotel with old carpet with mold smell. Changed 2 rooms because the heater wasn't working. The shower only has one temperature. No refrigerator. The toilet seat was loose and the handyman had to come to screw it down. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Hotel is old and outdated. Pictures on the website make it appear much nicer than it is. Expensive parking. I was on the first floor and the sliding door to the outside wouldn't latch or lock. This is a safety hazard. It was cool while I was there. Heat didn't work. They brought a small electric space heater. Not worth the room rate.
