Extremely frustrated that Priceline VIP continuously offers better deals than my Hilton Rewards. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with Hilton to get the room priced-matched to Priceline. The guarantee price match by Hilton is just a ploy. They won’t honor the price. Priceline saved my $50 when my Hilton “Aluminum foil”rewards failed me. Sign up for Hilton “Aluminum foil”rewards to get your free cookie, snack pack, bottle waters, early check-in and late check-out, but purchase the room through Priceline.

Positive: This hotel was clean, had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly! Negative: One microwave was down in the lobby for all people to use in the 8 story hotel. Wish they had them in each room.

Very deceptive and poor customer service. After making reservation, I tried to modify reservation (online and via phone) and they were too busy. When I checked in, I explained my change (one day out of four). They told me I was all set. When I checked out, they still wanted charge me for the extra day. Not only did they want to charge me for the day, but they also wanted to check me out to re rent the room. Calling Hilton corporate was no help. 1 - Could not change reservation the same day I made it. 2 - They lied when I checked in, and told me reservation was modified. 3 - Corporate would not accommodate, even for a credit. Bottomline - they don't care about their customers, go elsewhere.

Still hospitality focused in the almost-post-COVID Era. Front Desk always pleasant to talk to. Ordered room service Margherita pizza and choc ganache cake, absolutely did not disappoint. Even the little convenience store had a surprising variety of alcoholic beverages (I highly recommend the canned margaritas from Villager Spirits!) and even a small selection of hand-made espresso based drinks. Clean and maintained. My ONE issue is that the shower pressure is HORRIBLY HARD. No matter what of 3 settings I put it on it still hurt getting under it. Also use the bath mat, the grout will be flooded when you get out. :| there's a reason I prefer to stay at Hiltons and Marriotts, and this one did not put me off them in the least. Bit off the beaten path heading back and forth as my friend and I were to Great Park, but would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
