They had both items I wanted...bathroom scale and rotary cheese grater. When I asked for help finding bath scale an employee on the floor stopped what he was doing and walked me right to the display of bath scales. At checkout they accepted my old BB&B coupons dated 2019 and 2020.

If you are talking the Market place, NO.
Call them direct, ask for a supervisor or decision maker. If that's no help, visit a store and speak with management.
Your full refund might be store credit since you bought it last year.
My suggestion is to call the store direct and ask your question.
