The manager ..we all know prior she came to work she was a LA and the manager that was there turned this property around. She is just riding off of someone else work. Years back we all know now why the other manager after cleaning the property up was dimiss because other people wanted to step up and I guess upper manager believe it. This place hasnt been right sense and they sold it. Our laundry area stay down for months before they got fix. The units could use an upgrade. Hillcrest is nothing what it use to be. I hope the new company make some changes

Not a good place to live.. Laundry room was shut down for over 6 months, had to go to laundromat. Never gave any compensation. Floors are coming up, walls are thin, we had black mold growing on our ceilings and bug problems.

Property was beautiful but every person i talked to about leasing was very rude. Had to call the calling center 4 times to get a call back. I understand they are working from home but if you want buisness try being cordial and not sound like im bothering you. I didnt appreciate how they talked to me multiple times. These people do not need to be managing the property and it seems I'm not the only one with that experience. Ill take my 2 grand i had for moving and my 3 bank accounts somewhere where they talk to you like a person.

Management is not knowledgeable. Management is not licensed and overseeing a property and title as the Property Manager. Someone else is signing the leases. My visit and experienced of this property sucks and trying to get in even the application property. My mom was looking for the license number to report to coporate no license present. Units are old looking and paint jobs sucks. Dont live here. The process to move in is horrible.
