I moved here for the convenience of being closer to USC Upstate. I would not recommend living here to anyone. The monthly payment is an overcharge for what you get. As seen in previous reviews the internet, the "free" internet that is provided is terrible and they don't give you the option to change internet service providers. The internet is NOT free, its included in the rent. Its just a marketing pitch. DO NOT live here. There are better options near the University that you can choose from, that offer flexibility and environment. You will overpay for an apartment that seems to not have been renovated since the 1950s.

This place is horrible to live at. It is only convenient if you’re in school and need a place to stay. The “security” is trash , I’ve had many packages stolen from outside my door with nothing done about it, management consistently changes, and let’s not talk about how they increase your rent every year. I would not mind a rent increase if the money was being used for renovations, or to better the living environment. There is so much more I could say, but I digress. Just be aware and careful !

If I could do less than one star I would. I was on a month to month lease and I lived there for 4 months. NEVER once did I have to keep going back to the office to continually renew the lease. Suddenly in July I get a notice on my door saying because I didn’t renew my lease I needed to leave by August 1st. I moved out in July and gave them the keys. Room completely perfect. Now they’re telling me I can’t get my deposit back because I didn’t Give a 30 day notice to move out which makes no sense because I was basically told to leave. I explain that I have never had to renew my lease in any of the prior months and the lady hung up on my TWICE. By far the worst apartment management ever and I would never recommend this place to anyone based off of that

Pros Campus Edge is your experience. It can be a great place to live or not; it's all about your perception. For the most part i like where i live because it is convenient for what i need; it grants me access to major highways to go out of state/different parts of the city such as I-85, business 85, and I-585 as well as back roads to bypass high volumes during busy hours/holiday traffic HWY 29, 221, 9, 56, 176, etc.......... I like the fact that all utilities are included in the rent and you don't have to be an actual student to live here at Campus Edge. Cons Although, there many things that i do like there are several things that are Cons for me as well such as parking. On weekends it is so hard to find parking because of course its college housing i get it, however visitors parking has a very small sector for such a big apartment complex. Another con is the rental rates are going up but not the quality of the apartment. I like the price prior to the increase to me it is already worth the quality of unit. Next up is maintenance their attitude toward doing their job is not the best i don't understand why but it does need improvement. The last con that i have is recreation(two parts). Due to new office hours its limits access to the computers and entertainment in the office. For the second part outside of the office the tennis court is not being put to use. My opinion is to transform it into a Basketball Court or somehow overflow/visitors parking. Staff The students did an astounding job when they were around. The current staff does a spectacular job in all that they do. Above all everyone in the office is great and i personally haven't had any conflicts with any of them thus far. To all employees and staff i hope that you all endure many blessings along your journey. Remember that your experiences in life is what you make of it!

Yes, it is pet friendly!
No. But they're are alot of students from USC.
We require a valid ID and a months worth of paystubs or financial aid. We run a credit and background check. All applications will be considered.
There are mostly students here but it is not limited to them. I am not a student and have not been since I've lived here
