I have lived here for a few years, and the only good thing about this place is the location. Please save your money and buy a house or go somewhere else to rent. Me and my husband looked at another apartment in boiling springs and for the same amount of money we would be living so much better. The amount you pay here is ridiculous, there is the "base rent" then a "month to month fee" even though we are on a lease, and "facilities fee" then when you have a problem in your apartment they refuse to fix it. Might as well have a house to fix your own problems, and the staff is rude when you have to physically go to the office to actually get them to do anything. They have switched company's and it got even worse. They renovated the area, painted over all the buildings to make it look better, but they cant cover up the awful living conditions. They charge for pest control and yet, every season there are roaches all over the place, my cats basically my pest control around here. This is an awful place to live especially when there are places that charge less for a better value. I can't wait for my lease to be over to move out.

I have lived here since 2013, and the complex has had several owners and management companies over the years. The current management team works hard to handle tenant's requests and maintenance issues. This complex is one of the older ones in the Spartanburg area, but it is in a great location and is quiet for the most part. I really appreciate the team's efforts to keep the complex neat and tidy, though I realize it can be tough with many people living in a small area. Certainly there are issues that need to be addressed, such as the cost of water for a one bedroom apt. with no washer/dryer, but no place is perfect. Also it would be nice if internet were included in the rent payment, like many other complexes are doing these days.

We moved in late August and everything was great. Staff go above and beyond to help you relocate, and make sure your move is hassle free. Summer is lovely! She made our transition so painless. The apartments are beautiful inside and are remodeled. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Very spacious apartments and you couldn't ask for a better setting. Your close to everything, all shops and stores are within a five minute drive. Quiet, pleasant home living! Am very happy here.

Moved in 6 months ago, and the management team has been most helpful! Every issue, and there have been only a few, were immediately and professionally addressed. Its like living in a park setting, they've made relocating here a little easier, and I'm grateful for that. They say you get what you pay for - and my rent is worth every cent!
