I came as the care giver for my sister and after being told I would be allowed to be with her and take notes and assist her they refused to allow me upstairs. This is the status of patient care, or lack of when you are not allowed to participate in the health care advocacy process. As a Doctor I find it appalling and certainly a violation of patient rights.

If you go 2 driveways past the entrance to the entrance to the ER with women's and children's it'll be the little ramp to the right instead of going straight up in front of the main building and you'll just have to call for the code. It's left on the answering service of h&v center every month.
