Was told I had a $120 copy with my insurance, contacted my insurance and I don’t have a copay at all with my insurance plan. They should hire medical professionals as front desk personnel because the doctor’s wife is causing issues. Update: Letter dated for June 27 but not mailed until July 12. I’m being dismissed for rude and violent behavior which is a lie. Never was violent nor rude until the desk worker refused to provide me explanation for up front cost for services not rendered. I have my letter from the medical board and I will be filing more complaints with the resources provided by the medical board. I do not recommend this particular office for primary care

I DON'T recommend this place to Any one! Dr. G. Osei-Bonsu is abusing imigrants for medical examination issues and trying to get more money. I dont want any one else to pay this guy more than he deserves. I had medical examination and paid for first time around $360. My document is lost and i asked him to print out original copy. He asked me to pay for $360 again and do all examination from beggining althoug it is valid for 4 years. Then he charged me very high amount $155 when others charge $35. i am still keeping the receipt. I will also inform to the USCIS.
