I absolutely love this office. The staff are friendly and kind. Dr. Bates is wonderful. He listens to me carefully, explains everything so I can understand, and is always so positive.

Dr Shoemaker is the best! He finally listened and did a CT scan unlike Dr Rosen who blamed my issues on acid reflux and said goodbye. The scan showed a FULL sinus cavity that had Dr Rosen done a scan, he would have seen the issue. Surgery is schedules and I am so glad to have returned to give Dr Shoemaker a chance! I will say the only downside to this office is sometimes the wait times are LONG. The first time i went dor Dr Rosen and the first time for Dr Shoemaker, I was very unpleased.

You can make an appt to come in or bring it in to have the audiologists take a look.
I personally know of Dr. Dwight Bates, and I think there's a Dr. Schumaker there as well. There's a couple more but I cant remember their names. Dr. Bates has been my ENT for 12 years now and I'm pleased with him so far.
