Beautiful, nice, little quiet spot in the area. You can see SC, NC, and TN all in one gorgeous view. A little of a curvy drive up, so if you’re not from the area, be sure to drive the speed limits and be cautious. The road is not wide at all. Decent amount of parking in the lot, and not a long walk to the overlook. Not a place I would recommend small, hard to manage children, as there are lots of rock ledges, and big sharp rocks on the trails. The trails are all short enough to do all 3 before lunch.

Gorgeous view! Trails were mostly easy to hike, but provided a beautiful walk through nature. Well worth the trip!

Beautiful views! It was a wonderful day to go up. The drive up was even fun, and the scenery and views were enjoyable as well. We did not venture on the trails that they had, but we spent some time just enjoying the scenery and chatting with people doing the same. This is not an area where you spend a lot of time, but the time you spend there you will never forget.

Outstanding mountain and valley views. Handicapped friendly, and only 100 feet or so from the parking lot (which holds maybe 20 cars). There are no bathroom facilities. It is well maintained and there are benches and a lower viewing area with just a few stone steps down to enjoy. Many boulders to sit on at the lower viewing area. We did not take the trails, but they looked like a steep descent. There are trash cans and a water spigot at the red trail entrance. Close to Hendersonville. It’s a little gem. We loved it!

No, it faces towards the West so it doesn't really work for a sunrise although this time of year you may possibly get a glimpse.
You can get to the overlook with a walker easy enough. It is well worth the trip on a clear day.
You cannot visit after dusk.
Yes, just please make sure you clean up after them. The park provides supplies.
Is the path paved or gravel? What about the parking lot? Thanks.
