Yes. It's an open area, there is quite a bit of grass there.
I saw a couple with a small dog the day I visited Jump Off Rock; However I don't recall any restrictions or posted signs stating no dogs allowed.
There were several doggies with their families walking around when we were there two weeks ago. It is not posted that they aren't allowed. The trails are steep and rocky so be aware of your pups ability.
I've seen people walking dogs along the various hiking trails associated with Jump Off Rock. I'd imagine it would be best to have poo bags to pick up your pet's waste and making sure your furbaby is properly leashed.
I person did not see any signs to say pets not allowed. Probably much like any other public place, just cleaning up after the animal is appreciated.
