There is a reason most reviews for this place are horrible. Unfortunately, they have some of the few specialists in town so the choice is go here or travel a long way to find another option. If you enjoy waiting 3+ months between appointments when you have conditions affecting your daily quality of life, this is the place for you.

Fantastic, compassionate staff, accommodating and understanding of disability. Clean, soothing facility made for a very comfortable visit after a long drive. Doctor was clear in explaining, listened well, was patient and put my child at ease. Paperwork and follow up scheduling was easy. Follow up appointment had to be changed to zoom but was handled quickly and helpfully.

Terrible office, terrible customer service. They are closed for an hour and a half in the middle of the day so you can never get a hold of them if you work a normal job. I have been trying to get a prescription that I have been taking for five years and I have been calling them for six days. I was told I needed to make an appointment to get the prescription, in which I did, and they still never filled my prescription. Truly awful experience here. If you have a choice to go anywhere else, do it.

I was pretty nervous coming here after reading all the horrible reviews. So I feel the need to leave one to clear the air. First of all, this building is beautiful, looks very newly remodeled. It felt like a calming atmosphere and was well decorated with plants and some soft string music playing overhead. I was scheduled to see Dr. David Clark, an MS Neurologist that my aunt had been seeing as well for her MS years ago when she lived in the area. The front desk checked me in right away, and sent me off to the business center to finish paperwork, which was a seperate office closed off from the waiting area. I appreciate the privacy it provided me. That went quick and I only waited about 5 minutes or less to be called back. About 10 people were called back while I waited, so they move quickly. Longest wait time was just waiting for the doc after the nurse checked my vitals. Still it was only a 10 min or so wait for Dr. Clark. He was very thorough with his exam and line of questions, he answered all my questions, was very nice and careing and got all my referrells lined up. My whole time here lasted about an hour. In Oregon, Ive been to many Dr. Offices and felt this facility was ahead of the game. All the staff, from reception to checkout, were very nice, polite and kind and got me in and out quickly. I am very happy with my new doctor here and would highly reccomend Dr. Clark to anyone suffering from MS that needs care or wants a new MS neurologist.

They are not a peacehealth office, so probably not. You should look for a peacehealth neurologist.

What does it take to be a new patient because I urgently need a Family Doctor and what is your fax number?

Hi there! Please contact your primary care provider to have a referral sent to our office. For more information, please see our website at https://www.oregonneurology.com/referring-providers/. Thank you!

My wife hasn't walked or had the use of her arms or hands in 2 yrs. Our primary doctor says it's a vitamin deficiency . We need help and every where we go won't look at her back or neck area. The oregon spine institute wouldn't even work on her.

I am so sorry to hear about your wife Mark. I legally can't give you advise. Talk to your primary care physician, and have them lead you to the next step in health care. I wish the best for you 2.
