Awesome experience. Every time I have gone to mavis, my experience has been great. The staff is incredibly professional, and takes care of me in a timely manner. Highly recommend. They also do cheap dismounts, even if you replace your tires from elsewhere.

Was in today to have all brakes and rotors replaced. Fine work done. Very happy with the price. Took about as long as I expected. Great staff, very informative, not pushy, and straight forward. Would definitely return.

I arrived at Mavis tire on North Tryon with a flat tire. Even though they were quite busy they made time to slip my car in in 30 minutes. They examined my car and Lakisha took care of everyone in the lobby. It was quiet it was clean and it was comfortable there. They repaired my tire in less than an hour and I’m back on the road! Thank you so much to everyone especially Lakisha at Mavis tire! My weekend just got better.

Went in today with an appointment of 2 PM. Was told it would be 45 minutes before they could get our vehicle in. We left to get our other car and came back in 20 minute's. Needed 2 tires mounted and balanced. We were quoted 16.99 per tire. Asked about an oil change and were quoted $86 🤯 We opted to just have our 2 tires mounted and balanced. We were called an hour later to pick the vehicle up. Received a bill of $75!!! When we asked why so high since she said $16.99 per tire, she said "that's only the price if you buy the tires from us". If we would have been told this up front, we would have went elsewhere. Shady business, ripping people off. DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE. $35 to mount a tire and $86 for an oil change is beyond highway robbery. Plus they charge $136 per hour for labor on your vehicle 🤣 Get quotes in writing if you ever do decide to frequent this business. We certainly never will again, nor will we recommend it to our friends.
