Terrible experience with the office staff and their management of Washington paid family medical leave paperwork. The state flagged my application and I needed it filled out correctly by the MD. I had to go to the office 4 separate times to get it filled out correctly. The staff made terrible accusations about my husband who was justifiably frustrated about their poor communication and service. I would give zero stars and I will never return. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr. Hardy is wonderful. He is the first doctor to make my daughter feel seen and heard. She has quite a few health problems and sees quite a few specialists, so she's wary of doctors. During her visit with him, I could see the weight being lifted off her shoulders. He has had such a positive impact and has given her hope. The office staff can seem quite rude, but I think that is due to being hurried and under pressure. Covid staffing issues have hit all medical offices so hard. This is also an independent office, so they do it all themselves. I appreciate the care my daughter received and feel grateful to have found Dr. Hardy.

If you are a potential high risk pregnancy, stay away from this office. They will not follow up with you, they will make you feel inadequate, and will often forget things that you've previously explained and stressed to them. They seem to have a bizarre lack of communication with their ER in the SAME BUILDING. The technology is old, and it feels like the staff is giving you the same rehearsed lines rather than talking to you as a patient and person. Well, at least that was our experience. On the plus side, they do well at squeezing in patients who were having an emergency. If you are not a high risk pregnancy, I'm sure they're very good and will do a wonderful job delivering your baby into this world.

Want a very sweet office that makes you feel super welcome from the very first phone call this is the place to go! Dr. Hardy is a very nice doctor and makes you feel comfortable from the very moment you meet him! I'm so thankful to have this as my OB care office as well as any lady health needs to come.
