This is literally the best storage facility that I have ever used, and I’ve used MANY over the years. From the moment I walked in the door, Jill made the entire experience so easy. I was in and out with the perfect space for me in literally minutes! She showed me ALL of my options on a big map, and let me choose my favorite. She was so sweet every time I called during my time renting here, and I even had to move to a larger unit at one point (which she made seamless as well). Outside of the amazing customer service always provided here, this location is super easy to access, in a safe location, VERY secure and lit incredibly well if you have to go after dark (been in that situation a few times). I will always suggest Planet Storage to anyone with storage needs in Eugene, thank you again for making my rental here such a pleasant one!

If you’re looking for storage in Eugene Planet Storage is your best bet. They’re the only company I’ve found who honor the deals they list online (great deal btw). The units are clean, easily accessible and secure. Jill at the front desk made my first time finding a storage unit such a positive experience (and even provided snacks, water and smiles 😊).

Do not rent from these people! By far the worst storage unit company I've ever had and I lcurrently have 5 storage units at different facilities. They accused me of living at their unit! I was told I could use my unit as a workshop, so that's what I was doing. She said she thought she saw a couch in my unit (so what?! Don't most people store furniture in their storage units!) I said there are not any couches in here, but I do have a bean bag that my dog is laying on. She continues to tell me I can't live there and what are we working on? Btw during this conversation she is completely rude for no reason. I said I don't live here. I have had this unit for 3 months now and and I've only been here 2 or 3 times don't you know that based on when I put my key code in the gate? She was ignores me probably because I provided obvious proof I wasn't living there. She then disables my gate code and puts a lock on my unit. No call, no email, I'm paid up to date.
No it isnt. Gates get locked at 9:pm. I had the same issue. The only one I know of with 24 hour access is somewhere out W 11th between Beltline and before Greenhill. They are shops that are around $150 a month. Hope that helps. Lol
