We purchased our first home and had the floors done throughout with the exceptional service and products from Gardner. The sales service provided by Jaimee S. far and away exceeded our expectations. She was patient with our endless questions and indecision and aided our greatly choices with her expertise. She was friendly and got all of the details right. Our installation team was professional and paid very close attention to really top notch craftsmanship for which I am extremely grateful because that is a very important factor to me. The manufacturer of one of our flooring products got some wires crossed on their end, but Gardner was fantastic about ensuring a swift and easy resolution without any headache at all. We also ordered blinds and Jaimee was outstanding with that as well. She knew the products and made excellent recommendations and provided clean and precise installation. Overall, I would highly recommend Gardner. We shopped around and I feel their service, selection, and installation craftsmanship sets them well above the competition. Thank you again for everything!

My email with two simple questions was ignored. The product was fine but I was not told that it would be easily damaged by Sun which evidently it is and it's going to be in front of a slider door. The installer gave me little one inch pieces of metal in between each room. He installed them poorly so when I ask for a redo they gave me the proper ones which look a lot better and covered a big problem that obviously he didn't care to cover with the small ones or talk to me about. The installer did a care-less low-skilled caulking job of almond caulk on dark flooring which looked awful and had flaws where moisture would get in and mold and bacteria would grow. They offered to redo it but he was just going to use the same method with his finger and the same tube, not a caulking gun, so I asked for the tube and I still need to get around to doing the completion of the job myself.

Jamie of Gardner Floor Covering was very knowledgeable of the products they sell. She was very helpful in us picking out what we wanted as she understood exactly what we wanted and needed. She is very cordial and great to deal with. In fact the whole staff there are quite friendly and welcoming.I would highly recommend anyone needing flooring to check them out.
