This place used to be great...NOW IT'S RUN BY FOOLS DON'T RENT ANYTHING HERE... Why in the hell would you need to show a utility bill or something like that to rent a storage unit... It's not a apartment or house were renting its a STORAGE unit...IDIOTS AIso deleted my photo from my last stay here which by the way had nearly 20.000 thousand views of which I'm sure people rented from you because of this photo..... It's places like THIS in Eugene that have made Eugene not a great place to live anymore... You need to Understand your customer base is NOT the people you see riding by on bicycles with backpacks and trash bags...FOOLS

Stored with Big Y in the smallest space for 18 months. Paid ahead a year, then paid another year when we didn't end up moving back to Eugene. Now we have cleared everything out, and it's all dry, no mold, no damage at all! And we received a prompt refund via check for the months we paid ahead but are not storing! Great customer service, gates and facilities easy to use, good experience overall. Highly recommend!
