I had ordered a custom made shower door for a custom made shower. When ordering we agreed on and discussed the specifications and exactly what type of shower door I wanted. When I received the product the glass was 3 inches too short and the design was not what I had ordered. When I called Ed the salesman and owner, he immediately began to swear at me and told me to come down there and we will take care of it outside. As soon as he begun to swear at me I immediately taped it for future reference so he could not deny how he treated a customer. Unacceptable behavior from a business owner. I have never been treated so disgustingly by a business before. This is why there is so much violence in the world. Let’s hold Ed accountable and not frequent his business.
