I don't know how long this sale for 20 nuggets and 2 orders of fries have been going on but u decided to give them a try and I was promptly informed we no longer have that going on. I said, well there's a huge sign out here that says you do. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HAD NO OTHER RECOURSE BUT TO ORDER IT INDIVIDUALLY WITH A LARGE ORDER OF FRIES & DRINK... 🤬 A few days later I go to another location and Bam! The promotion is posted and Service rendered. I'm guessing more training and or better communication is of of assistance but this unfortunately is common place, at most Service oriented establishments, these days.

Why do the cashier's at McDonald's always have an attitude? I have paid with my McDonald's app as I have since it was released. For the first time, same McDonald's, the cashier told me I could not pay with the app that is linked to my debit card. He said there is no way on the register for him to do it. OMG.... He actually told me I was wrong and that I have never paid for my food with my app. Maybe he's right and my food has been free all this time? SMH

Management is in need of training on how to talk to a costumer who is not Hispanic. Completely rude and racist against white people and African Americans. Completely skipped serving the African American man in front of me and made sure that the Hispanic people,who were behind me, got their food before anyone else and when we complained that our food was sitting there she was really rude and asked for our receipts to get our food and the assistant manager,who couldn't use the register, didn't give us a receipt. She acted like we were trying to steal the food! I was completely outraged and I don't believe she is suited for the job.

Person at drive through window leaning out window on phone, didn’t even look up until a minute after I stopped at the window. Didn’t say anything, just walked away. Few minutes later came to take my payment. Then while waiting a long time for my food (I was the only one in line at 12:30am) I had the pleasantries of watching a roach run around the kitchen. Once I had gotten my food I was checking my bag and the girl got mad because she was standing there holding my drink…mind blowing…12:30am practically no customers, no one is cleaning and because of that the roaches roam around freely.
