If I could have given zero stars I definitely would have. Got there 10 minutes before they started serving lunch with my two year old granddaughter for chicken nuggets last Sunday after church. The young man was rude telling me they were not serving lunch yet, rude by the way he said it. I pulled out of line, waited the 10 minutes, then ordered again, same young man made unnecessary “smart A - -“ remarks to me. When I left with my granddaughter’s happy meal of chicken nuggets, opened everything and handed it to her in her car seat there was a BUG in it and she started screaming!!!!!! Can I prove he intentionally put the bug in my granddaughter’s happy meal, no, but I am convinced he did!!! I will NEVER go there again!!

It’s 1:36 am and I’ve been at the ordering speaker for about 10 minutes and not one person has said anything to me about them being closed or anything. This is almost every night. I work late and try to grab a bite before heading home and every time I try and give this McDonald’s the benefit of the doubt, but it’s the same thing everyday. They really need to change their hours or something cause it’s McDonalds like really. Mind you there’s a car at the window who was able to order but nobody is taking my order. And every review basically says the same thing their has to be a way to fix this After 25 minutes someone came on the intercom to say they aren’t taking orders, they never are!

I surprise my co-workers with breakfast considering we have to be at work at 5am so I orders 14 breakfast sandwiches. I also had a coupon well to make a long story short she didn't take the coupon because she forgot and when I asked if I could get the money back she told me to remember next time....WT*, not to mention I didn't get all my biscuits. Went again two days later and the same BS. Didn't get my two biscuits they owed me yet they still shorted me two biscuits this time. Customer service at this location is not professional at all. I won't be going back to this location

Long drive, advertised as a 24 hour drive through. Lady told me breakfast started at four, and I said hey…no worries, I don’t need breakfast. I tried to order and was told lunch ended at three. I asked her what was sold between three and four and was told that I was already informed that nothing was, and in a very snotty tone. Not great, guys.
