Was waiting more than 10 minutes in line on the inside to order breakfast and finally when I get to the register they tell me I can't order any breakfast cause it was past 1030. Well if they had any workers that were worth anything and not messing up orders and getting orders correctly it might be different. I know I will never go back yo that place ever again.

Micky Ds the same everywhere you go but, the service is different everywhere. Timing is another thing I myself enjoy breakfast, others may be different. This McDonald's is good.

Shantel Johnson is the worst excuse for an employee. Her responses and behavior was a complete shock and there is no way I would ever have her as an employee in my establishment. Her sarcasm and insincerity is an understatement. Management or upper management definitely needs to send her to training on how to interact with customers to improve her customer service and their experience. Customers should always feel valued, after all, what would a business be without them!!!

I ordered the 2 cheese burger combo and was served burnt fries, old hamburgers the buns were hard. So we went back to our money back manager would not come up front for the transaction. So when she did never addressed me at all. The staff was like oh yeah that was the burnt fries she got. And all of the staffs appearance was dirty and unkept. Glad I did not eat that food. I did not recommend anyone to eat from here. I do not find the humor in serving customer garbage for food and laughing about it. I will be packing my food when I need to go out from on.
