I’ve been here a few times and usually the man working there is super nice. The store is clean they’re quick and efficient. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of the Eminem wannabe working behind the counter. There’s always a courteous way to explain things, being rude is unnecessary. One bad experience is all it takes sometimes. I won’t be going back.

Terrible, and if you notice they only respond to people who say they are good at what they do. They do not address the customers who have an issue. No worries all the way in Florida on the radio, we will be talking about your establishment where we have a large following.

Excellent customer service! I have used UPS Stores for over 25 years at various locations throughout the country and this by far has the best staff. The owner/manager is often on site and they go above and beyond to take care of my family and I. Highly recommend!

I asked for 3 UPS Express envelopes (which UPS provides in their drop boxes for free and I’ve gotten from every other UPS Store I’ve ever been to - for free) and the customer service rep said “we can’t give those out here”. I asked for the envelopes because I need them to drop shipments off at UPS Drop Boxes. Was in two weeks prior and different rep was rude as I was dropping off a prepaid package. I would avoid and go to another UPS Store in the area, you can see the other stores have a better rating. Update: recently went to the UPS Store located nearby at 4403 Oleander Drive - staff were very nice and cordial. I asked for a few (3) express envelopes and they gladly gave them to me and offered shipping pouches and anything else I needed. Will only go to this store moving forward and suggest anyone else reading this do the same.
