If I could do zero stars would do so. Arrived for pick up, which I had to drive over an hour to get to pickup location, went through whole process and right before giving lady the card for pmt, she read out vehicle we would be getting which was not what we reserved or in no way similar. Whole different class vehicle. She called her supervisor which was no help at all, she had clerk tell us a lie and say what they were trying to give us to rent was an upgrade and we were getting it at a discount, which was a complete lie because when I had done my research before hand for available vehicles that one was cheaper than what we were wanting to rent. So at this point we realized they were only concerned about themselves and making a sale by lying. I do not recommend at all. Vacation was almost ruined because of them. End up finding a rental cheaper and better customer service next day through complete different rental company

What’s the point of making and prepaying for a reservation if you’re not going to have the rental available when a customer shows up? You had one job🤦🏻♂️ way to fail. Update: I rented from another Hertz about 10-15mins from the airport. I selected to return the rental to the airport and when I was turning in the vehicle, there was a woman going through the same thing I did previously. She said it was the second time she’s made a reservation there and it fell through. A woman at the counter said customers need to call them to make sure there are vehicles in stock. Another rep said the problem is with the online booking system, it displays vehicles for all the Hertz in the area, not the specific one you want to pick up from.

These ladies were some of the rudest people I have encountered in a while. I made reservations online. Nowhere was it posted that I had to use a credit card...found that out when I arrived. They were not even courteous enough to say the lady right next to them took debit cards. Sometimes if you are having a bad day it's best to stay home..because you aren't representing yourself, you're representing a company. And because of those two rude women, I will NEVER consider Hertz for my Car Rental needs

They do.or your can rent with a credit card and then close out with a debit
