Well so far so good when I found out that my husband had booked at Quality I immediately said huh? But when I arrived what a pleasant surprise the hotel is clean and comfortable and our room is very nice and clean. I really wasn't expecting this. Staff so far very courteous and accommodating. The only thing is when I asked about breakfast I was told by clerk that there are no eggs on the menu for breakfast. To me breakfast is not breakfast without eggs. lol

Positive: Area of hotel was great, breakfast ok but would prefer hot breakfast, room is great size except for bathroom. Negative: Small bathrooms, no iron boards on the whole 3rd flr level but other than that it is a great hotel .

The hotel put my husband and I(who were out for a quiet night without the kids) in an adjoining room next to loud teenagers. They had nothing else available and refused to give us a refund on the room. Managers name is Bharat. Horrible customer service. We didn’t spend even 10 min in the room and Bharat said we couldn’t have a refund because it is 11 pm and we used the room already. We didn’t touch a thing! As I’m standing there, people are calling in asking for a room. It could have been rented to someone else on the spot. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t go here!

Positive: What I like best about the Quality Inn in Goldsboro is their staff. Everyone is friendly. They greet you by name and they have hot breakfast. It is conveniently located around many eateries plus it is not that far from the room. Even the layout is great.
