Why not put 16" toilets in all the rooms plus add handrails beside the toilets & beside the tubs put handheld showers in all the rooms. That way when a handicap person gets put in a non handicap accessible room, they can easily get off the toilet.

I guess the better question is why was a handicap person booked into a non hadicap accessable room to begin with?
