Of all the Hilton hotels in the area, this is noticeably the worst one I have stayed in. The water coming out of both the sink and bathtub ran brown for the first 30 seconds of running it. They gave us holey towels. The door to the bathroom doesn't have a stop so it goes off track making it difficult to exit the bathroom. There were 3 towel holders on the walls and 2 of them were hanging off. Breakfast options were not good and inconsistent. There was cereal but no milk one day. The next day muffins weren't even available. The receptionist was nowhere to be found when we went to check out, and since there's no key drop off box, we had to wait. The entire wait the front desk phone was ringing. Finally someone on their cellphone appeared and checked us out and answered the phone that had been ringing for 2+ minutes. For $60 more just stay at the Home2Suites if you're trying to stay in the Hilton family. Extremely disappointing to have used so many hilton points on an abysmal stay.

Stay 3 nights, asked for towels on day 2 and 3 Never received them. Asked the front desk for some twice, they ended up giving us hand towels to use for our showers. Elevators were 6 months out of inspection. The last time they were inspected was 01/2021. You could tell when you rode them. Bathroom doorsπ³ were sliding doors that didnβt latch, no fan in the bathroom. We had issues all weekend with the toilet as well. With all that being said though. Theyβre staff is very friendly! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was enjoyable when it wasnβt packed with people.. being it was a smaller pool. Definitely not worth the money we had to pay. Probably will avoid this hotel chain all together from now on

I stay here almost every time I'm in town. The front desk staff are great, the rooms are nice and clean. This trip was a little different. The toilet leaked when used, and housekeeping was non existent. We had to dump our own trash and ask several times (still no help) for towels and washcloths. Still an overall good stay just not great. I usually give this location 4-5 Stars π€©

We arrived around 1a.m. and only stayed one night. The front desk night shift was very friendly. The day shift was as well. Rooms were clean. Ours had a fridge, microwave and T.V. The free breakfast was very good. I am not sure of all the items available but I saw scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, cinnamon rolls, bananas, apples, syrup, butter, coffee, milk, orange juice, water. We would stay here again.
