Great dealership to buy from. Thomas was my salesman and he did a great job. He was never pushing and was upfront and honest with me. I was waiting to buy one of the cars on the lot and Mr. Sullivan kept me up to date on weather it was still there. Great guy and great dealership!

Tried to schedule service, Not answering the phones. Tried on line. I was called back. The lady was very nice. There were no appointments for service . The sooner opening was in 6 weeks! To wait six weeks for service is simply poor service. Maybe Spokane needs another MB dealer

Very disappointing experience, spent two days communicating with the associate to purchase a Mercedes Certified vehicle. Received all pics and videos as promised. Asked for what details required to complete deal and asked if they required a credit card for deposit to ensure we had time to complete paperwork. Received no response, followed up next day and was told they sold to a “local” customer. This is extremely disappointing and not the type of service or communication I would expect from a authorized Mercedes dealer. They did explain it is a “crazy” market? This must be the excuse for poor communication and service, if you are not local I suggest you consider an alternate dealer to work with.
