Showed up on Saturday at 6:30pm, sign on the door says hours are Monday through Saturday until 7pm. Shop was closed, lights were off, doors were locked. Not a single car in sight. Either update your posted business hours or make sure to be open when you say you will be. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Recently visited spokane from Vegas. Grew up in the bay area. My friend picked up some sandwiches from here. I was very surprised and impressed with this place. So much so I went back multiple times while visiting. Had the Meatball sub. Bread was soft yet crispy, meatballs were moist. Tons of flavor. I'm impressed. Will go back every time. Some of the best places are those that you don't expect to impress you. Keep it up guys!

Drove from 30 minutes away specifically to get food from here. I tried calling on my way to place my order ahead of me arriving and got no answer. Showed up 15 minutes before their posted closing time. A lady walked out with her order as I parked my car and they locked the door behind her. When I tried opening the locked door, an employee (very obviously annoyed by my presence) unlocked the door to tell me they're closing 10 minutes prior to closing time. NOT HAPPY!!! I'd fire my staff for closing early which causes you to not only miss out on business, but also for literally turning it away. 100% unprofessional!!! I'd like to know who wants to reimburse me for the almost $4/gallon gas as well as my time I wasted trying to order something from your business? After seeing how your business operates, I am no longer confused as to why it's NEVER busy! I'd be surprised if you even stay in business for much longer. Knowing what I know about operations costs, I'm pretty positive your store is operating in the red. The money I would've spent there would've at least paid for the hour your staff clearly wasn't working!!! I would be so embarrassed if I owned this location 😑.

The owner or manager (unsure which) has provided two of the worst customer service experiences I have had. First of all, if you order a soup and sandwich separately it’s more expensive than getting a meal which includes the drink. When I don’t want a drink his ‘crew’, as he calls them, uses common sense and charges for the meal since it’s cheaper. He has to be reminded....everytime. And then when I politely asked why he doesn’t just ring it up that way the first time, he closed the window on me. Nefarious? Probably. Small thing? Certainly. But something customers may notice and react to. Lots of sandwich places to choose from and honesty is more important than quality of food. I Figured I’d finish my complaint here since you closed the window on me.

How on earth would i know?? I dont keep up with covid safety anything!! I will say that they do have the best french dip sandwiches there. I been there many times and i always stop by everytime im in the area.
