I was very pleased with the service provided on our recent interstate move. Communications with Mark and Lisa were frequent and professional. I haven't moved in 30+ yrs so was nervous and concerned. Mark did an initial video call to the determine the quantity of items and did a great job. The movers themselves were on time, extremely professional, courteous, very pleasant and quick! They did a good job protecting our floors as well as our furniture. We were a little behind schedule and were taping up some boxes on move day. They were very accommodating with us. We realized that we packed too much stuff for our car and contacted Mark to see if we could bring a few boxes to their warehouse to add to our inventory. He assured us it wouldn't be a problem. We brought two boxes to their warehouse and I was very pleased to know he contacted the staff on our behalf and they were aware of our request. The warehouse itself is only a few years old and looked very clean, safe and secure. We are moving out of state and our boxes are staying in storage for several months until our new home is ready. I feel confident that when it comes time to return our items, Beltmann will do a good job for us.

I hope you are spending your holiday weekend with your family. I'm spending mine unpacking what was supposed to be completed a week ago. This is my 5 cross country relocation and I'm actually amazed at the level of damage my belongs have. I have shelves literally ripped in half, patio furniture is nearly destroyed... Yes what can withstand a hurricane cannot withstand this move. I was left to manage vendors to show up. When I called to ask questions " not my problem" was the answer. My company paid the bill, and I'm still this upset that I need to buy new couches, recliners, shelves, touch up all the wood furniture that was split and damaged, patio set, parts for my lawnmower that was damaged, the list goes on and on.
