Rude customer service. I asked the cashier how much a large pizza with four toppings would cost, it was more than I expected to pay. I asked for a medium pizza instead, a rude pizza flipper arrogantly informed me that he had already made the large pizza. I hadn't had the chance to finalize my order. I was charged for a medium pizza, but I didn't like how my order was decided by the pizza flipper. No more Fratelli's for me.

Called right near closing time, hungry and parked at a delivery (trucker), and he didn't even mind at all that it was close to close. Then somehow unbeknownst to me, they had the pizza here in like 15 minutes, fresh and hot, well made. And to top it off the Pepsi wasn't even shaken from him getting here so quick. My hat goes off to you, this is how you feed the world. You didn't get mad that it was so late, I would kill to live near here so that when my family gets pizza it's from you guys 👊
