This Wells Fargo branch has recently returned to full service banking. This occurred early this year of 2022. I was in there today on June 1, 2022 for several types of work. There were four tellers available on the inside plus drive-thru tellers and one manager. There were at least two bankers available. Quite a positive change. My experience in general with Wells Fargo Bank is their customer service is high quality. I like the multi-state availability of services in ATMs. I not infrequently have issues with corporate level decisions on services and other stuff. But what are you going to do beyond my pay grade.

I been having to go to the WF branch on Williams St. For the longest time now as the one off the 395 has been Closed what seems Forever So,of course the lines are usually a mile long so, I am looking for another bank, Wells Fargo is Weak at best.

Best Wells Fargo to go to. There is always someone there to greet you at the door and everyone is so nice. Best customer service and you are never in line for long.
