Warning!! Find a different treatment center! I had the worst treatment experience ever at the women’s house. The food was disgusting and the higher ups degrade clients that they don’t like. I watched a client get referred out for getting upset after being bullied the whole time she was there by another client. Multiple people complained about the woman who was bullying and nothing was done. Instead of removing the cancerous individual they kicked out a girl for crying after days of being verbally assaulted. The PD laughed at the client while she bawled her eyes out. My trust in the facility was crushed after seeing how they treated her. For me they’d mess my meds up and forgot to get refills after I told them more than once days in advance. I only saw the therapist twice and I saw multiple staff quit while I was there. Clearly it sucks if the staff don’t even wanna work there.

I was a patient at the women's facility back when it was Pacific Hills in 2005. I have been sober EVER SINCE. Almost 18 years now. I will never forget my time there, it was actually one of the best times of my life. I wanted to let them know of my continued success after all these years... and even though the building has changed, the treatment model remains the same. So here is my advice to any addict/alcoholic looking at this, if you do go in, do what they tell you to do, follow direction - that is KEY. These people have been sober for years, and know what they are talking about. My life has been a great adventure ever since, SOBER. That I can tell you. It was the best decision I ever made.

Coming to Covenant Hills back in the 1st week of November in 2016 I was in a completely hopeless state of mind. I was emotionally & physically lost. My life a complete mess & unmanageable, no will to live. I was scared and unsure of what to expect at Covanent Hills. Best thing that happened to me! Covenant Hills helped me to relearn how to live. Starting off with reteaching me how to make my bed. Taking care of myself, eating, showering, & washing my clothes. I met some amazing people there at Covanent Hills like Pastor Tom & Ed to help me with my mind & spiritual understanding. There is so much more I could say about my experience at Covanent Hills. I’m blessed and I didn’t even realize it, Today life is good even when I don’t think so. I’m living life on life’s terms.

Covenant Hills Treatment Center is such a special place. I am a broken person and felt so completely cared for during my time on staff there. Covenant offers those struggling with addiction and their families a safe place to struggle and grow (and struggle some more). Everything is done in Christ and through Christ but it does not feel or look religious at all (because it isn’t). If you or someone you know is gripped by alcohol or drugs then pick up the phone and call these guys.
