My mother has been a resident at Del Obispo Terrace for a year and a half. She is very happy living there, primarily because she is treated with dignity and respect. Throughout this challenging time of Covid-19, the staff has gone out of their way to provide my mother, and all the residents, with safe and compassionate care. Dian, the med tech, is a great communicator who is consistently on top of her game. Teri, the nurse, has provided my mother the exceptional healthcare that she has required. David demonstrates both competence and confidence while keeping the community safe throughout the night. All of the staff, from Anthony to Katarina are kind, helpful, and devoted to creating an environment in which elderly residents are comfortable and thrive. If I'm going to be completely honest, the food leaves a lot to be desired. I have tried to speak up about the poor meal choices but there has been no improvement.

I work directly with the management team for the common goal of helping seniors make the most of life! Del Obispo terrace has been well respected in the community for years and I have had the pleasure of referring and working together with this great community for some time now. The renovation they’re going through is the breath of fresh air needed for their current and future residents!

I have been a resident of Del Obispo Terrace for 7 years. I love my spacious room and enjoy sitting out on my balcony everyday. I like that there are social activities to attend if I want to. I also like that my privacy is respected.
