I would just really like to thank the staff at the laundry basket for helping me out in my time and need it is appreciated. And I just wanted to say that I'm glad that there are still people out in this world who care about others. I'm a loyal customer and I can't say not one bad thing about this place. It was hot inside, the first dryer on the top left grabed a pair of my pants and tore them, after i freed my pants i restarted the dryer and it grabbed a towl! I wanted to tell an employee so it didnt happen to someone else but there were no staff on duty. This happend at the beginning of my drying time so i als9 lost out on my $1.25.Heather, I apologize for the experience you had at the laundromat. Unfortunately the laundromat stays a little too warm this time of year due to the sweltering heat outside and the dryers running inside. We've tried setting the air on a lower temperature but there's only so much the unit can do. I have put an out of service sticker on that dryer for now until I can service it. Please let me know the next time you are coming in as I would be happy to cover the cost of your washing and drying. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. Again, I apologize for you unsatisfactory experience and will do everything I can to make it right.
