I cannot say enough about this hospital and the staff. Too many to mention nurses, doctors, caseworkers.My brother of 73-year-old had COVID-19 back in February of this year. Spokane hospitals had him on a ventilator for over 30 days. And was always given us bad news no hope. Our family did not give up we had him transferred on a helicopter to the different hospital that did not do very well for him neither. And I will not name names but shame on them. I live in Texas, and last week I had the pleasure to talk laugh with my brother .. I cannot say enough for this hospital and the staff. With faith and prayer these people worked with my brother anfamily for the last 30 days or more. To get my brother where he is today. May the Lord Jesus bless each and everyone “ Not only the staff that That believed and did not give up on my brother. But also was Caring four our family !! If we had any questions if they could answer and they truly went out of their way to. Again I cannot thank this facility enough ..for what they have done for our family.🙏🙏💕💕👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

My stay at Northern Idaho advanced care hospital was exceptional. Everyone in the staff was helpful and very much helped my recovery. I will recommend this hospital to anyone that needs there care. Everyone helped make sure I was comfortable and in a good, safe place. I felt like the staff truly cared about me and made my stay much better than other hospitals I have stayed at. It made me feel good that all the medical staff knew my name. They all were so helpful even if they were not directly taking care of me. THANK YOU Steve Hodgson

My mother has been at NIACH for almost three weeks for post-stroke care. She has received excellent care and great kindness from all the doctors, nurses, therapists, and staff. My father stayed with my mother every night and slept in her room in a special recliner that a staffperson found for him. The meals were excellent. My parents are sad to be leaving.

IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. I was transferred here to recover after an extended hospital stay. Very clean. Nice staff. The physical therapy program is terrific. HOWEVER! The doctors treated me horribly. Instead of focusing on my recovery, they put me thru a hellish unannounced drug detox from the prescribed medication I had been taking for years for an unrelated issue. Unacceptable. Plus, they are not a drug rehab facility!
