I only gave it one star because you have to!!! Employee is rude both times I have been there. Drove from the valley to get something and this employee said nothing to me the entire time not even at the register BOTH TIMES!!! I will not be going back there. Learn how to treat paying customers!

I took time today to go down to the Post Falls Gamestop located on N Cecil Rd to trade in an Xbox. After a bit of waiting, Chris got to helping me. I told him I acquired the Xbox from a recent eviction on one of my rentals and he refused to take it as a trade in stating multiple times that it’s “not my property”. According to Idaho state law, anything left behind after an eviction becomes the landlords. I’ve spent the last week cleaning literal feces off the floor of my unit and hauling the rest of the old tenants junk to the dump. I may be wrong, but I don’t believe accusing customers of lying is part of Gamestops Policy. I would highly advise Gamestop educate their rude employees in basic customer service. Anyone looking at this location should take their business elsewhere.

This was my first ever experience with Game Stop. I came in feeling a bit out of my element as I have zero experience with video gaming systems. Brad was waiting to unleash his extensive knowledge of different systems and I settled on one for my kids. He went in to great detail to make sure I was set with everything from the console, games, screen protectors, a membership to Game Stop, and warranty protection. Brad was great to work with during my experience. I hope to work with him in the future as my kids expand their gaming. That guy deserves a raise! 😊
