Super professional and easy to work with! Tara Moran was nice and helpful when we had frustrations due to a separate company. They fixed our chipped quartz countertops (not their fault) in two visits and they still look brand new.

When you go into their showroom they have beautiful, quality material and are knowledgeable in answering questions. However, I have to give them 1 star because while they were willing to answer questions and send home samples, they don’t call you back. I requested pricing for 2 different options of countertops I liked and am now 3 weeks with no response. I was told to leave a note with my name and number to be contacted back and when I didn’t hear anything 5 days later I called them back and got sent to voicemail. Here we are still with no response so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very unfortunate that customer service has become non existent in today’s day and age.

I would not use this company. Sounded good on sales however a continual pattern of lack of information and communication, hours late for installation no phone call, came with only half the product. Put in wrong edging and after over 8 weeks one installer showed up alone to install back splash on a Saturday due to the fiasco of poor service.

No. This product is thick and heavy. It needs to be attached straight to wood.
Flo form is more of a display showroom. They have always been fantastic to me as a contractor sorry you had a bad experience
What Fred said. Extra cuts coast more. I E. Sinks or range placement.
hi Beverly, We would recommend replacing the countertops if you are changing cabinets and/or the layout of the kitchen. In theory its possible to re-use granite but there are a number of factors at play including the type of granite, the layout of the kitchen, etc that complicate matters. Moreover, we do not cut pre-fabricated stone. Thank you. Thank you.
