There seems to be an over abundance of testimonies about the rudeness of the management. I see that the manager is in Hayden. Who is the manager/company? Have they replaced the on-site administrators?

Quiet and peaceful. Think they should have family units with children in one area and renters without in another area. U can hear the little one,'s upstairs and have another area for children to play . they need more room. Never see management .

Very clean Apartments! Nicely kept and since they're new I guess that is expected. It's disappointing that you can't find them on Google Maps. The one-bedroom apartment we visited was very spacious and the kitchen was nicely arranged with a nice pantry. The stairs are sturdy and everything looks well maintained.

Depends on income. They are Low income apts. Probably around 3 or 400 a month.

They are pretty reasonable next door noise is very good upstairs noise is bad so would try for a 3rd floor apartment
