This is the biggest joke I've ever seen. I'm a CDA native, been here my entire life normally in and out. Staff is worthless and insufficient. This system they're working is absolutely rediculous. The freaking population growth and the thousand of out of staters moving in here is causing havic for the natives.

They have always been helpful to us in our 8 yrs in Kootenai County..worked very hard recently to take care of a mistake on our tax paperwork..

I have to say I like the new appointment-only system. No more waiting in line or taking a ticket; you just walk in at your scheduled time and are seen immediately. Renewing my license took about five minutes. The ladies at this location are very efficient and good at their jobs.

Registered for an appointment one month out (Covid). Took time out of my day to be there on time. Brought everything the site listed to renew my ID. Was turned down and told I need to make a new appointment because I am missing an item the site didn't mention. Thanks DMV!

How much is driver lic
Get the app called Qless
You have 90 days by Idaho law to change your Driver's license. The Driver's license office will not charge a penalty. But it when Police or Sheriff check your Driver's license is where the penalty can happen. Check with the local Driver's license office(leave a message on phone they will call you back)for document you need to bring in to transfer your license. Everyone test coming from out of state. In the state of Idaho Driver's license is completely separate from DMV which is vehicle license and tab. So you will need appointment for each one.
According to the access idaho website, if you're between ages 17-70(ish), they are temporarily allowing people to renew their driver's licenses online.
You will have to appear in person.
Yes!!!
Honestly I think you would have to pay to reinstate your license first before driving any vehicle and you can do that online or make an appointment and go in or in sandpoint I think they are taking walk ins. I would call first
No idea. But the appointments are working for now from my perspective
You need to download the Qless ap. It's very easy to use and provides reminders to your appointments
Google kootenai county department of drivers license I couldn't tell you off hand I wanna say 17.
How do i get an appointment
Good luck. After waiting for two hours in the HOT sun and the office telling me I had a 7 minute wait ALL that time, I finally had my daughter make an appointment through QLESS. I thought I had already done that when they told me I had a 7 minute wait. Turns out I was just In a line that waits for a no-show or a break in appointment. There are NO CHAIRS to sit in and they make you sit outside till they call you. Not a good system!!!!!!!!!
There is an additional card processing fee.
