Taylor‘s private studio portion of Inferno Ink is literally the best tattoo experience I have ever had in my life. I have somewhere around 20 tattoos at this point and most tattoo shops are just not very friendly when you come in. Every time I walk in Taylor is super happy to see me, she tells me where the bathroom is and lets me have time to get myself ready and comfortable for the tattoo. I walk in her room and there’s already water and snacks out for me. She always has a show a movie or music on, and just great conversation in general. Bonus points that she’s super fast and does color like nobody I’ve ever seen . Overall just the best experience highly highly recommend.

Then I highly recommend Hailey Massey @Inferno ink in Burlington for body piercings. She did my first ever facial piercing(Snake bites) & went above & beyond my expectations. While considering 2 different piercings, she was very attentive, accommodating, quick to give considerate insight on my wants & needs, confidently answering all questions & concerns I had; explaining everything that I could & should expect. She took her time marking precise & accurate placements for the piercing, adjusting till it was even & exactly where I wanted it. Continued to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable & relaxed, she walked me through every single step before, during & after. She made sure to walk me through the healing & cleaning process, giving tips & tricks to help during that time. I got this piercing yesterday (March 24th) & the pain level is maybe 0.5-1/10. The swelling is very mild. She did an amazing job. Go check her out. I will for sure only go to her for future piercings!

My daughter and I both had piercings done yesterday. Brooke worked on placing a double helix on my daughter while Hailey worked on placing a helix and daith piercing on me. These ladies are wonderful, energetic, informative, and passionate about what they do. Hailey placed an industrial bar in my daughters ear several months back and it has done great! They will let you know what to expect and tell how to take care of your piercings. You will leave their shop happy with your new piercing!
