Entered the store and there were no shopping carts available!! REALLY!!?? Freaking store was a disaster with stock on pallets everywhere waiting to be put out. The women's department was just piles of inventory thrown together. Obviously management at this store is seriously lacking in many ways. Then you have to wait in the checkout line since they don't even operate half of what they have.

Walmart+ member.. so I pay the $12.95 fee every month, every month the service quality goes down hill. I’ve cancelled my membership a few times due to lack of.. everything and for some reason, I idiotically restart my membership but this was the last time. I placed an order on Friday that was supposed to come at 6, at 11:00 the order was still stuck on delayed..contacted customer service, who said my order “was set at high priority” and would be delivered in the morning, Saturday morning came.. welp, still no order. Contacted customer service around 11 ..that rep cancelled my order and reordered all the items for me and that it was being “expedited and set at high priority” two hours later, nothing. Reached out to customer service again, explained to that rep that I use the service because of what should be convenient with me being pregnant and having small kids but the service has been anything BUT convenient .. which the only “help” she could provide was that “you do pick up since it’s that close” oh ok, she clearly doesn’t have kids anyway..spoke with a manager who said that he had a new driver assigned to my order and he could see that my delivery was on the way, again, nothing. So I reached out for the last time and asked for a refund for my membership because I usually just cancel but I felt like I should be given something besides promo codes for delivery orders that will never come, ..plus why am I paying for a service that’s basically a toss up. I said it more than once that I want a refund for my membership but I didn’t want my order cancelled because I would have to wait 7-10 days for the money to be refunded.. I asked her did she understand she said yes condescendingly and said tht it would be refunded in 7 days but then said ..”so if you want me to cancel your order..” EXCUSE ME WHAT? Uhhh.. no? Then she switched up and says she can’t refund me my membership but she can refund me for my order. I already said no, it will take too long and she says no delivery orders are refunded in 3 hours.. (blank stare) but Ok.. I gave up and she says wait until 8 pm and the order will be delivered then. but of course, I don’t know why I let them lie to me.. 8 came and STILL no order, so for the LAST last time, I reached out to cs again he gives me the store’s number (which by the way, NEVER answers the phone) and says to ask for a new driver.. that’s it that’s all, I have to call and ask can they assign a driver to my order.. so now I work for Walmart also. So finally I cancelled my order, cancelled my subscription and deleted the app.. incompetent customer service, deliveries being delayed/cancelled, orders delivered to the wrong apartments, having groceries sat in the dirt, missing items, having to unload and carry the groceries myself.. it’s not worth the headache, I suggest you use Instacart or like I was told “do pickup” but not at Walmart.

The Pick up area here is TERRIBLE!!!! Even if your order is ready you’ll wait over an hour to get it. They’re backed up 7 days a week. Poorly ran to go service. Do not order from here!!

Always very busy therefore the store is always a mess. The best part of the trip was the cashier whose name was Keisha. She did a super job and was very personable and polite. Keisha did a great job!
